By placing your order with us, you are confirming that you have read and understood the conditions and terms of service and agree to them.

At Buy Leads Direct, our first and foremost precedence is your fulfillment. If there is something you're not pleased with concerning your order, we wish to make it right for you as soon as possible. We stand by you, our client, 110%!
Note that all orders are handled in the order they are received. We cannot rush any particular order above another. If a problem or delay occurs with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know the estimated time that the problem will be corrected and will do work on the problem as quickly as possible.
Our Services/Refunds:
We Do Not Issue Refunds for delays in generating leads. They are generated as quickly as possible, however, again we are not responsible for delays or the time it may take to fill the order. You are guaranteed to receive the number you ordered.
We cannot issue refunds as funds are already distributed for generating your leads, no exceptions. Once your order is placed and processed we cannot change the order.
Due to the nature of our service no refunds can be given after a order has been processed, if cancelled before your leads are sent to you, a 10% fee will be charged.
Buy Leads Direct does not guarantee upgrades, responsiveness, or double opt in confirmation for your program. For Best Results follow up effectively over time and contact your prospects as with any lead program or advertising.
Other:
With the Do Not Call law, you the client understands that it is your responsibility to scrub your leads against the Do Not Call List prior to contacting your leads/signups. Failure to follow this procedure my result in heavy fines. Buy Leads Direct will not assume or accept any liability in this situation.
Buy Leads Direct is in no way liable to replace duplicate names in the clients database. A person may signup for similar offers at different websites and at different times, and we cannot be held responsible.
Please note: Buy Leads Direct is in no way responsible for incorrect email addresses, bad phone #'s, etc... Unfortunately, it is impossible to "police" the quality of the information a signup is entering as with any type of internet advertising.
If there is a problem or question with your order, someone from our staff will contact you promptly.
Client Agrees that Buy Leads Direct cannot guarantee results of my advertising. I realize that results vary depending on the effectiveness of my advertising piece or ad copy.
Client Agrees to give Buy Leads Direct leniency in fulfilling orders in cases of server outages, connection issues, delays on ad servers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Client willing to give leniency in these issues for up to 5 business days to resolve problems and restart the fulfillment process of all orders.
Leads orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, 10% overage is applied to compensate for ay bad emails or phone #'s. No Refunds offered on lead packages. Please allow up to 96 hours in some instances for lead delivery.
Always allow up to 24 Hours for email response to your questions!
