What should I say to people I call?
This is the place where you can really get help with your business. When we call someone, we try to listen real hard to everything they say. In particular, how the person responds after we tell them why we are calling. You can get a 'feel' for how to proceed - by the initial responses. Try starting by giving your name and city where you are located. Then try - 'The reason I'm calling (put the other persons name in here) is that you went to my website and asked for information about making some extra income'. (Do not ask if that is true. You have their name in front of you! Of course it's true.) Don't say anything until they respond or hang-up - period... and listen to the response very well. Avoid asking any questions at first, but pause to let the person think. Try to avoid scripts - because you will kill the easy conversation necessary to build rapport.
